Delivering an accurate electronic report to CMS for an Eligible Professional  requires thorough review of a multi-stage review process:     

1. We provide system components to analyze standard electronic CMS reports, including PQRS and GRPO formats, as well as custom report structures using QRDA IGs. 
    
2. Our review process is targeted to meet the stringent multi-tiered CMS report requirements, reducing rejected submissions.
    
3. We generate the precise XML structure and syntax required by CMS.  the data structure is implemented with HL7, PQRS or QRDA schemas.

Our QRDA compilation is a three stage process.  This is to accommodate many different data formats found in the inbound EHR datastreams.

- MU2 compliant EHRs will only require our QRDA 3 compiler module

- Most EHR installations are not MU2 compliant, and will require our QRDA 1 compiler module

- Many EHR systems are unable to produce a XML structured medical record, Our QRDA 1 flat file generator will provide the necessary processing for QRDA submission generation.

Using this three stage system, QRDA reports can be compiled according to the capabilities of the respective EHR systems and merged into a common data stream.
